Frequently asked questions
What does «active QR codes» mean in the plans?
They are the dynamic QR codes in your dashboard that respond to scans. A paused QR code doesn't take up a slot in your quota, and neither does a deleted one: when you turn a paused code back on it counts again. Direct QR codes don't take a slot. Scans are unlimited on every plan.
How is it different from a direct (static) QR code?
A direct QR code holds the data itself, such as the URL, the WiFi network or the contact, and never touches our servers: it always works, but it can't be edited or measured. A dynamic QR code can be changed after printing and counts its scans.
