Teams and workspaces: QR codes aren't a one-person job

When QR codes serve a company, an agency or several locations, more than one person needs to manage them. Workspaces keep projects apart, roles decide who can do what.

How it works

01

Roles

Each member has a role (view, edit or manage) that you can change at any time. Invitations are sent by email.

02

Separate workspaces

Each workspace has its own QR codes, pages, links, forms, domains and members. A QR code or item can be moved between workspaces of the same owner.

03

One-off sharing

You can also share a single QR code with someone, without giving them access to the whole workspace.

Frequently asked questions

How many people can I invite?

It depends on your plan: the table above shows the members included, owner included, and how many workspaces you can create.

What happens when I remove a member?

They lose access to the workspace and its content. If you had shared a single QR code with them separately, that share stays until you revoke it.
